본 장비는 베어링 내륜 내경을 AIR GUGE로 측정한 측정값을 계산하여 진원도,내경을 측정 OK/NG를 선별하여 공정 이송하는 장비임.

※ 동일 WORK(진원도 1㎛ 이내인 것)로 30회 측정시

진원도 1㎛ 이내
원통도 2㎛ 이내
